Business System Analyst

WWL is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to the headquarter in Oslo to manage the portfolio of systems supporting the commercial and procurement functions.

Responsibilities:


Driving the implementation, enhancement and decommissioning of the information technology assets that support the business to:

  • Increase business productivity
  • Improve decision making
  • Enhance customer satisfaction & revenue
  • Improve cost management
  • Directing and supporting both internal resources and external vendors in the delivery of systems support, strategy, new technology and new projects
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that their processes align with optimum use of the IT assets supporting their functions, including maintaining data quality within the portfolio
  • Collecting, consolidating and communicating business and service level requirements between business functions, IT and external vendors
  • Constructing and driving communities of super-users
  • Facilitating continuous improvement of the system portfolio
  • Controlling and monitoring the IT budget allocated to the portfolio


A successful applicant for this role will possess the following:
