Business System Analyst
WWL is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to the headquarter in Oslo to manage the portfolio of systems supporting the commercial and procurement functions.
Responsibilities:
Driving the implementation, enhancement and decommissioning of the information technology assets that support the business to:
- Increase business productivity
- Improve decision making
- Enhance customer satisfaction & revenue
- Improve cost management
- Directing and supporting both internal resources and external vendors in the delivery of systems support, strategy, new technology and new projects
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that their processes align with optimum use of the IT assets supporting their functions, including maintaining data quality within the portfolio
- Collecting, consolidating and communicating business and service level requirements between business functions, IT and external vendors
- Constructing and driving communities of super-users
- Facilitating continuous improvement of the system portfolio
- Controlling and monitoring the IT budget allocated to the portfolio
A successful applicant for this role will possess the following:
- Strong organizational, project management, facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- An impressive background in managing systems implementations with sizeable scale and complexity
- Strong analytical skills encompassing information architecture, process design and implementation
