At the company’s head office in Oslo, there is an open position as Executive Assistant.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the President & CEO, as well as other CxOs, by providing administrative support. 

The Executive Assistant should be characterised by extraordinary service mindedness, flexibility and dependability.  He/she should be able to manage several stakeholders and make independent decision within the scope of the role. Some travel might be required but would be untypical.

The primary role is providing Executive Assistant support for the President and CEO. This is estimated at about 50% of the role. The other 50% will be to act as Executive Assistant for other CxOs.

The perfect candidate for this role
The ideal candidate for this role has a 3 years relevant higher education as a minimum and 5 + year successful track record as an Executive Assistant, PA or Management Support Specialist, preferably from a larger industrial, technology and/or service based company operating in an international environment. 

On a personal level, the Executive Assistant must be likeable, extraordinary service minded, flexible and dependable.

To take on this role we expect the right candidate to have the following critical experience:

  • Experience from managing multiple stakeholders, (although primarily supporting the President & CEO)
  • Experience from juggling several tasks at the same time
  • Experience from prioritizing, and make independent decision within the scope of the role
  • Provide positive and flexible attitude in a sometimes hectic workday, and to proactively engage in relevant activities if/when spare capacity is available.
  • Being comfortable with variation and at times lack of absolute clarity.
  • Solid experience from international organizations and working with senior global Executive management
