Head of Human Resources, Central Office

Are you the new Head of Human Resources for the multi-national, dynamic and project oriented WWL company with more than 4 000 employees?

Professional Responsibilities and Authority

For Central Office organization:

  • Be responsible for efficient and business oriented development of employees in accordance with global policies and practices, as well as professional best practice
  • Overall responsible for the efficient and business related leadership development for Central Office
  • Overall responsible for compensation and benefits policy and practice in central office, including pensions and insurances
  • Overall responsible for the policy and practice related to Work environment committee (AMU) and for an effective guarding and enabling of a healthy environment
  • In collaboration with Line Managers, to ensure a professional recruitment and selection process in accordance with global policies and practices.
  • Responsible for the management and follow up on the International Assignments where Oslo is home or host office
  • Be the core resource for leaders for matters related to management of people.
  • Be the central resource for employees in matters where they seek support

Office admin:

  • Overall responsible for Oslo administration budget
  • Oslo office administration and cost follow up in accordance with the service level agreements
  • Negotiate and follow up with Service Level Agreements

Contribute to and lead global people processes and projects such as:

International Assignment Policy and related matters
WWL People Survey, Performance Management, The Hay Global Job Evaluation, Talent Management and Succession Planning.
