The HSE Improvement Manager will be heading a small team located in Oslo and Manilla. The HSE team’s main objective is to ensure that the Company complies with relevant legal and stakeholder requirements, and to continuously improve Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
The HSE Improvemenet Manager should therefore be characterised as an analytical and structured HSE Expert with great communications-, and hands on execution skills.
The HSE Improvement Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement processes by analysing information, suggesting and implementing improvements. The role is also responsible for development and implementation of the HSE annual plan and owner of the Safety Management System.
The right candidate has strong knowledge of organisational and human safety and relevant industry-knowledge is an advantage. To succeed in this role, it is essential to be structured, analytical and possess good people-, planning-, and decision-making skills.
Höegh LNG is centrally located at Skøyen in Oslo and the position will report to SVP Fleet Management.
