The opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact leadership position with significant influence across the organisation.
You will take overall responsibility for strengthening and advancing Teknotherm's quality, environmental and HSE management systems, ensuring compliance while translating standards and regulatory requirements into operational excellence, effective risk management and measurable performance improvements.
We are looking for an accomplished and results-driven professional with a strong track record in quality management, ISO 9001/14001 and systematic HSE practices, ideally gained within an international, project-driven industrial environment.
You combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution, demonstrate sound judgement and build credibility at all organisational levels. Your ability to drive change, engage stakeholders and deliver sustainable results through clear leadership and collaboration will be essential to your success.

Location
Teknotherm's headquarters in Lysaker, just outside Oslo, Norway.
